Our 197,000-square-foot factory is one of the largest of its kind in the UK – and it's equipped with some of the most advanced glass processing equipment in the world.


To us, innovation is everything. We work hard to streamline our processes and develop state-of-the-art products such as smart glazing, fabric laminated glass and more.

ToughGlaze offers primary and secondary distribution services using our own fleet of dedicated and networked vehicles. Thanks to our hyper-efficient in-house distribution department, we can handle bulk consignments to very demanding schedules.


And we aim to reach you, wherever you are. Depending on your order, we may be able to distribute to any location within the UK mainland.

Ashok Varsani

CEO and co-founder

Ashok's background in mechanical engineering has enabled us to adapt our machinery beyond the manufacturer's capabilities, resulting in an efficient and trustful production process.


Ashok is currently overseeing our efforts to achieve ISO 14001 (environmental management). To this end, he has developed his own water filtration system, which reuses water from our preparation process.

Bharat has worked in the glass industry for more than 30 years. He embodies the ethos of ToughGlaze and possesses unrivalled knowledge of our process and machinery.


A visionary when it comes to new products and trends, Bharat concentrates on specialist processes that straddle the cutting edge of the architectural market – including our bespoke architectural glass products.
