Enderby Wharf

Built in an area of Greenwich known for its rich pioneering heritage, Enderby Wharf is a fantastic choice if you enjoy life by the water. With over 200 metres of river frontage, Enderby Wharf offers studios and one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments and penthouses, each with floor-to-ceiling windows and private outdoor space, many with views of the River Thames, Canary Wharf or the City.

Enderby Wharf will become a vibrant new quarter in Greenwich. The site has been selected to play host to London's first international cruise liner terminal, due for completion in 2017. Other planned amenities include a private residents' fitness suite, 24 hour concierge, a crèche, landscaped gardens and 200 metres of rejuvenated Thames path, open to everyone.

The site was named after Samuel Enderby, a maritime entrepreneur and explorer who founded a shipping company in the 18th century. His residence, Enderby House, a listed building, now forms part of the new development. We are proud to be refurbishing this so it becomes a cultural hub for Greenwich. The Wharf's long history has seen it play a part in major events: it was here that some of the first transatlantic telecommunication cables were manufactured as well as a petrol pipeline which ran under the English Channel to support the Allies after D-Day.

ToughGlaze project managed and supplied 15mm Toughened Sandblasted for privacy screens, 12mm toughened glass, which was used as infill panels for balustrade and 13.5mm toughened laminates, installed to create winter gardens. We also manufactured over 3,500m² of 21.5mm toughened laminate for the structural glass balustrade.
